Out to the Woods Forest school assistant
I met Sunita through teaching and have been working with her in the woods since 2022.
I love being outdoors and amongst nature. I have noticed with myself and with others the positive affect being in woodlands can have on both your physical and mental health.
As well as having an amazing environment to work in, another thing I enjoy about working in the woods is the range of people I have had the chance to meet, from toddlers and school children to the elderly. Forest school really is for everyone!
